ELEVATE ENDURE LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders ship free within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement — every order qualifies for free shipping.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ELEVATE ENDURE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@elevateendure.shop.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members and neighbors first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days at info@elevateendure.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours at info@elevateendure.shop. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
No sales tax is added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
