ELEVATE ENDURE LLC accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Electronic devices that show signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for defective or damaged items.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elevateendure.shop with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to buyer's change of mind.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, email us at info@elevateendure.shop.
There is no restocking fee for returns of unused products in original condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging.
